Financial Solutions Company, Oze has been named winner of the Ghana regional competition for the Meltwater Entrepreneurial School of Technology (MEST) Africa Challenge 2019.
The keen contest offered the opportunity to a number of entrepreneurs to present their pitches to a selected panel of judges, who queried them on the prospects of their innovative business ideas.
After the pitch session, the judges settled on Oze as the overall winner for the Ghana regional contest, due to the opportunities their platform offered to help entrepreneurs make data-driven business decisions.
Mr. Dave Emnett who is the co-founder of Oze emphasized that his platform has come to help small scale businesses to make data-driven decisions that would improve their performance on the market.
When asked about what he will be doing with $50,000 in case he wins the ultimate prize at the MEST Africa Summit in June, he stated they will scale up their business and add new members to their team, and also get more small business owners onto the platform.

Finalists from each country will also attend the MEST Africa Summit in Nairobi, Kenya, from June 10–12, 2019 to compete on a global stage for the investment fund and the opportunity to join the Pan-African MEST incubator community.
