Snapchat has disclosed that from February 23rd, 2022 that it would begin to allow users update or change their Snapchat username.
Users will be able to change their handles without setting up a new account and having to start over with their friends list, memories, Snap score and so on.
However, users will only be able to change their name once per year. To do so, go to your profile and open the settings. Tap Username and then select the Change Username option.
Once you click “username,” you’ll see a “change username” button marked in blue. You can then enter a new username and hit “next” to finalise the change.
