Tétris South Africa has confirmed the acquisition of M+F Business Furniture, one of the largest South African companies supplying local and international office furniture.
The move brings the very best local and international office furniture supply under one roof with the creation of a new, specialist division called Tétris Furniture Solutions.
Already one of South Africa’s largest interior design and fit out companies, and owned by JLL, a Fortune 500 company, the deal bolsters Tétris Design x Build’s offering to an unsurpassed range and choice of international brands and solutions at highly competitive rates.
Says Emma Luyt, co-CEO of JLL sub-Sahara Africa and MD of Tétris Design & Build, “The value in the market of being able to get well priced, ‘stand out’ feature pieces, as well as products for full fit-outs from a wide range of international brands of furniture, is incredible.

She adds that Tétris South Africa has enjoyed a long-standing relationship with M+F Business Furniture, a proud 23-year-old family business started by Victor and Frances Fish in 1998 and now run by Steven Fish. The full team moved into the Tétris SA offices on 1 June 2021.
M+F joining forces with Tétris SA provides a unique opportunity for local companies to get the full benefit of the collective purchasing power of the global Tétris Furniture Solutions agreements while also supporting local design and manufacture.
