Uber has launched its tipping feature in Nigeria. This automatically means that riders can now tip Uber drivers to show their appreciation and it is only valid when using a card for payment.
Uber said in a blog post: “You can now show your appreciation for going the extra mile by tipping your driver through the app after the trip has been completed.”
The tipping feature was first introduced by the ride-sharing company in 2017, which was only available to American users. 
How it works:

Add a tip after rating your trip. Select from a range of preset amounts or enter a custom amount.

Tap Done to send your tip.
