Logidoo, a Moroccan logistics startup, has completed the acquisition of Kamtar, a logistics company from Côte d’Ivoire, in a move designed to deepen its operations across West Africa and streamline regional freight connectivity.

Founded in Casablanca, Logidoo provides end-to-end digital logistics and freight management services that link North, West, and Central Africa. By bringing Kamtar into its network, Logidoo aims to reinforce trade routes between Abidjan, Dakar, and Casablanca, creating a more integrated and efficient cargo movement system across the continent.

The acquisition marks a significant step toward building a continent-wide logistics ecosystem that blends advanced technology with strong local partnerships. Kamtar’s presence in francophone West Africa and its established client relationships will allow Logidoo to scale faster and deliver more reliable transport solutions tailored to regional markets.

This development underscores the rapid transformation of Africa’s logistics industry, as leading startups pursue mergers and acquisitions to build capacity, improve service delivery, and meet the growing demands of e-commerce and cross-border trade.
