African fintech startups have been invited to apply for an opportunity to pitch their innovative and scalable ideas at the Finnovation World Kenya summit which takes place in Nairobi on June 18. Finnovation organizers tag the pitch session ‘the Wolves’ Den Pitch competition.’
The event will bring together fintech players from Across Africa to discuss the Digital Transformation of Banking – and how it is driving constructive economic outcomes from the fintech ecosystem in the continent.
At the event, the startups will be introduced to a powerful panel of leading investors, Venture Capitalists as well as African and international fintech pioneers.
Each participating startup will be required to present a 10-minute pitch highlighting their value proposition and impact of their fintech solution.
The panel of judges will then spend about five minutes interrogating the startups and asking questions.
The judges will then give their feedback before the overall winner is announced.
